What does the 14-day trial include?
Full access to the service for two weeks, free, with searches running daily exactly as they would on a paid licence. You are assessing the real product over a fortnight of results rather than judging it on a single sample search, so you can see what volume and quality actually look like across a working period.
How often do searches run?
Daily, on the trial and on a paid licence alike. Each result is checked against your existing records so consultants are not shown roles they are already working.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
Bullhorn, Salesforce, Vincere and Itris. We connect via API and write vacancies and hiring manager details straight into your CRM, so there is no separate portal to remember to check.
How do you identify the hiring manager?
We trace upwards from the role itself. If a Manchester office is hiring a senior software engineer, we look for a director or head of function in software at that same site, rather than returning a generic company contact or whoever holds the most senior title nationally. The result is a named person with plausible ownership of the hire, in the right office and the right function.
How is this different from a job board or aggregator?
Aggregators republish roles that have already been posted publicly, which means the timing works against you. We search the original live source, the same approach behind our missed fees product, so vacancies reach you earlier in the cycle.
Who is it for?
Vacancy intelligence is licensed per user, so it works for a single recruiter through to the largest agencies. There is no minimum headcount, unlike our missed fees service. It suits perm and contract recruitment best, since retained and temp roles are rarely advertised, which means there is less for a live vacancy search to find.
How is my data kept secure?
We are fully GDPR and UK DPA compliant. Data is processed using AWS cloud security and housed in the region your business is headquartered in, eu-west-2 for the UK and eu-west-1 for the EU.
